Project: It’s Okay to Be Little Sometimes – A Video Edit

This project was part of an assignment to show my editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro. I created a short video called It’s Okay to Be Little Sometimes, where I focused on practicing the techniques we learned in class. The goal of the project was to show that I understand how to use the software and can tell a story using video, sound, and transitions.

The theme of the video is about enjoying the small things and allowing yourself to act like a child sometimes. I used happy and light spring footage to give it a playful feeling. The message behind the video is that it's okay to let go and be carefree, no matter your age.

The video is carefully edited to match the music and sound, which helps create the right mood and flow. I used different transitions and effects that I learned during the lessons, such as smooth cuts, fades, and speed changes, to make the video fun and dynamic.

This project helped me improve my editing skills and showed me how much emotion and storytelling you can put into even a short video. It was fun to make, and I’m proud of the positive message it shares.
